In the finale, Lyanna Stark asks Ned to promise her to look after her child and to keep him safe. The audio in the episode drops when Lyanna tells her brother the child's name. Does this mean Jon isn't really Jon Snow?

Some seem to think his name could be Jaehaerys, the name of a previous Targaryen ruler. What would Jon Snow think about this?
