Phelan MoonSong, high priest at Priest and Priestess of Pan, has won his right to wear horns on a driving license photo after a failed try at the Bangor Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Maine. He pushed on and was allowed to display his religious beliefs this way in Portland, Maine. He said he used Phelan MoonSong as his name since initiation in 2007 but had no ID with it, so he applied for a new driving license. He was meant to win, as The American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators says religious headgear cannot obstruct the person’s face in a license photo, which obviously it does not.
