Ned Jarrett makes history.

The 1965 Southern 500 was the scene of Ned Jarrett’s unbelievable victory in which he finished 14 laps ahead of the next best guy. Buck Baker, the second place finisher, was more than the equivalent of 19 miles behind him when he finished.
