Neither. They are both 0. The train station you are thinking of is actually Grand Central Terminal (Grand Central Station is a post office), and US currency isn’t printed on paper.
anyway: the netherlands has more that just those 2: there's Groningen, Friesland, Overijssel, Drente, Gelderland, Utrecht, Noord Brabant, Zeeland, Limburg, and North and South Holland. (did I miss one?)
