#2 north and south holland are countries in the netherlands. In dutch they're called "provincies' which translates to......

anyway: the netherlands has more that just those 2: there's Groningen, Friesland, Overijssel, Drente, Gelderland, Utrecht, Noord Brabant, Zeeland, Limburg, and North and South Holland. (did I miss one?)

North – Finland, South – France, East – France, West – France

Note: France has a lot of outer regions. You might be inclined to point out that the UK also has many overseas territories but those are just that…territories. They are not 100% a part of the UK. Places like French Guiana aren’t territories or countries. They are 100% France.
