That woman has faked those tweets about her self: check any of those accounts that supposedly made the tweets about her. They are either suspended or the account owners have stopped tweeting YEARS ago. These posts are supposed to have happened last year. You can't find those tweets from any of those accounts, nor can you find most of the tweeters either.

In addition it is IMHO highly immoral for this girl to pick people from the internet and put nasty words into their mouths. I wonder if those people know what she did...?
