Pop star Bruno Mars was arrested in September 2010 after police found him in possession of 2.6 grams of cocaine after a Las Vegas nightclub performance. The 25-year-old Grammy nominee Mars, real name Peter Hernandez, made an appearance before a Las Vegas judge on a plea deal that could get him dismissal of the drug charge. The deal is for him to plead guilty as a first offender to a charge that will be dismissed if he stays out of trouble for a year, completes community service and drug counseling, and pays a $2,000 fine
