Karan Singh received his spot in Guinness Book of Records with his birth – he was already 2ft tall and one stone in weight (63 cm and 7,8 kg). And now, a 6ft 6in (1.98 m) eight-year-old schoolboy - thought to be the tallest person of his age in the world - has said he hopes to make his parents proud by growing even bigger.
The young giant, from Meerut in India, takes after his 33-year-old mother Shweatlana - a 7ft 2in basketball player and India's tallest woman.
