Tragic as it is, I can't not laugh of a fitness nut by the name of Burger being killed by a cream dispenser.
On a serious note, it seems like people that train a lot actually get heart problems. I hear often about soccer players - young men in their prime age at peak performance - that suddenly die of heart failure.
