I wonder if he'll be able to contain his emotions when his citizens start getting arrested for breaking the federal law outlawing marijuana? In case he doesn't know, federal law *ALWAYS* trumps state and local law, and it doesn't appear that anyone is going to be looking the other way about this issue for the next 8 years.
