It's to much optimism in this post. Look at predictions from earlier times, they got it mostly wrong. Changes go fast nowadays, but not that fast, and not at the same speed everywhere.
By 2040 Memory implants could be used to speed-up time for prisoners, allowing them to serve maximum sentences in a day.
