Rachel Ford, 44, weighed almost 130 kilos before, eating Chinese takeaway every day, but then decided to change her lifestyle and eating habits, losing almost 60 kilos in a year and topping it off with a saucy photoshoot.
Rachel had been overweight since she was 16 after she began gorging on chocolate bars, cake, crisps and takeaway every day
Rachel says: 'It felt amazing getting back to my target weight. I can run after the kids without getting out of breath, and fit into clothes that I hadn't been able to wear for over a year.'
