Sawyer (Claire Foy) moves to Pennsylvania to escape her stalker. After consulting a therapist, she is committed to a mental institution. Her stay at the facility is extended when doctors begin to question her sanity. Sawyer now believes that one of the staffers is her stalker, and she’ll do whatever it takes to escape.
