#18 shouldn’t feel to bad. I was reading the word probably as pro-babb-ly. I always kept reading without knowing what it meant. We didn’t have Google then, but we did have dictionaries. I was 14 before I figured it out.
Also, about 20 years ago, I had an appointment with a therapist for my ADHD. He pronounced the word collegial as colleague-ial. I let him know, but he looked skeptical. He was a PsyD with many other credentials on the wall. That was my last appointment with a therapist.
