Not one on that list doesn't deserve one, but these days awards have little meaning and are more political tools than anything else. These people are well loved and admired (mostly) they don't need some cheap piece of metal to confirm it.

“Tonight on Murder, She Wrote!” Every week, I tuned in to watch Anglea Lansbury use her wits to catch a killer. You may not know this but Ms. Lansbury was nominated 15 times for her role as Jessica Fletcher. Angela Lansbury was also great in the original “Manchurian Candidate.” She won a Tony, but still no Oscar or Emmy.
