second thing - The company ‘Prime Capital Investments’ confirmation statement is overdue by over 6 weeks.
- Voluntary dissolution by this time next month, company will be struck off the register.
- Used to be known as ‘FBT Traders LTD’ before changing the name.
- Apparently is changing the name of the company again. Is this to avoid filing the tax returns?
- No evidence of filing company accounts.
- No records of company audits.
- No records of anything really, other than name changes of the company every 12 months, funnily enough right before the annual returns are due.
