On "Cognitive Biases", #8 contradicts #15. #8 says we give excessive weight to the oldest information, while #15 says we give excessive weight to the newest information.
Also, #11, "outcome bias", has another, more common name: Science. This is not a "bias". It is how science works. We evaluate theoretical predictions based on their actual outcomes rather than how convincing they sound. People who believe that this is a "bias" ignore the fact that their pet theory routinely fails in practice because it just SOUNDS so good and convincing.
