So the lady was a medical and food/beverage expert, knewing that coffee at regulated temperatures wouldn't burn her that bad, and therefore risked spilling it?
TBH all this changes nothing, she burned herself due to her carelessness, and sued McD for it.

nice rant, but that still doesn't debunk the 'do not dry animals in the microwave' story. That's still American, and stupid. Now, I'm not saying ALL Americans are stupid, but the average IQ in the US is lower than in Europe.

I like my coffee at a tad under boiling so McD's are OK in my book. The real question should have been whether the lid was on correctly...did that get addressed? If the lid was on properly then it's all on the woman as far as I'm concerned. PS...Don't you just Japanese porn?
