#25 because that is THE safest way to park. If you don't back in you ahve to back out into traffic. It is a lot less likely there is something going on in the spot you back into than on the area you back out to. So everyone should do it like this, abnd some places it is not legal to park nose in.

#25: ...And also, when you arrive you're "warmed up", when you start you're "cold", but mostly, you never know how fast you need to leave a place.
