In Bram Stoker’s ‘Dracula,’ the coffin gown was inspired by Gustav Klimt’s painting ‘The Kiss.’ Costume designer Eiko Ishoioka used this painting because she felt the Asian influences underscored the “East meets West” aspect of Dracula’s story.
