There's nothing heartwarming about #52. If the military or government says this Nazi gesture is forbidden, then they can forbid whatever they want. The next step is to *force* people to salute and support a system, even a corrupt one, even if they don't want to. Just like Germany did.

Notice how the police thug doesn't just lower the man's arm. He *holds* the arm down on the chair, and exerts pressure on the man's shoulder, while he forces the man to listen and obey to his command. Or else.

The one acting most like a Nazi here is the officer, not the guy sitting behind a few empty bottles of beer.

Yes, being a Nazi is illegal in Germany. Here a man (named Andreas) signaled that he was in fact a Nazi. The police arrested him for use of gestures attributable to unconstitutional organizations. Unconstitutional, because being a Nazi is illegal in Germany for what should be obvious reasons.

No such thing as freedom of speech in Germany. In the U.S., we are glad that we would have to put up with this man’s idiotic hatred. At least some of us are for the reasons Treasure up there mentioned. Oh, and the biggest facists around are the SJWs and Antifa.

In the US it is illegal to belong to a group advocating for the overthrow of the US government, just as it is in Germany. So I’m not sure what your point is. The US is pretty far down the list of countries in terms of general freedoms. I think it molders in the mid 20s these days, though I suspect it’s sinking lower these last couple of years.

Rush. That is completely false. In fact I don't think a word of what you said is true.

It’s easy enough to verify what Rush says is pretty close to correct if you actually wanted to. I suspect you don’t though.

Eg simply look up CHAPTER 115—TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES.

Cato Inst puts the US at 17th. Heritage foundation says 10th. Freedom House says 58th. Etc

Treasure is right! All the laws and rules are meant to:
1 Keep the rich, richer and the poor, poorer, and
2 Instill obedience.
The Nazi was a thing because the German people endorsed, so there is little for them to do, except bowing the head in shame. What the helmet does is restrict the personal freedom (by forcing to obey) which, if harms no one, shouldn't be interfere with. There's nothing "just" with justice, when it's imposed by force on the individual.
