#25 The photo may have been taken in 1939, but unless it was a particular occasion for which older or more traditional attire was called for, I'm guessing the clothing is from much earlier. At least 20 years earlier, probably more. I'm not a clothing/costume historian, but I think that draws on elements from the 1800's, like the tails, top hat, etc. If anyone knows, please correct me. ...One thing I'd question is the watch chain; it has a kind of a Flava Flav vibe about it; might be a bit oversized, and not authentic to the period. But Fly af lol.

I find it incredibly sad that nowadays people do not even care what they look like or how they act in public. Wish I could've lived during the era where people at least made some effort to look decent.
