As long as they are being otherwise respectful and not actually defiling and/or stealing or breaking anything I say let them at it. Before I die I think it would be comforting to think that the living may one day visit my grave when my family is completely gone from this earth.

I enjoy walking and taking pictures through cemeteries, hell I go to cemeteries almost every weekend.
