#18 That would most likely be the slums. They paint them so that tourists don't have to feel bad about themselves as they spend ridiculous amounts of cash pampering themselves amidst abject squalor. Some world huh?
Then, in Thailand, you might find towels in the men's room that are folded to look like adorable little suits.
