I'm grateful Izismile posted the picture, if anything to alert otherwise gullible people into buying a single condom off a store shelf where it's open to being vandalized. Sharing this picture spreads the word that this indeed does happen and be careful of where you buy your condoms, and more importantly, inspect your condom package before purchase as well as use.
