Located in Alaska, this is officially a research facility designed to study the ionosphere. Unofficially, it’s a giant weather-controlling super-weapon.

Built in 1993, it was the subject of international controversy, to the point that it was shut down in 2014. Many international leaders, former US Senators/Governors and conspiracy theorists believe that this site is able to cause floods, hurricanes, earthquakes and bring down planes. Sounds about right.
