I assume these prematurely gray haired women don’t judge men for being bald.

Yeah yeah, then the grey trend will go away and they'll go right back to dying their hair again. It was society making women feel that grey=bad in the first place that caused them to start dying their hair. Stop following societies beauty standards and it's dumb trends, do what YOU feel makes you look good, gain some self esteem and you'll be better off.

Well, nothing bad having gray, I'm 31 and i did spot my first single gray hair on my beard one month ago. Anyway, if a woman is a beauty, of course she still is with grey hair, if one is ugly, dying hair doesn't cancel that. So yes, I do agree with them if that is not just to become "unique" for some months but a serious decision. The products to dye hairs are anyway more toxic than most detergent, so this will help reducing some water pollution and waste of plastic too :D.

“I was unsure at first as the silver slowly began taking over my head. I had been covering my grey for the last 20 years and it was as if I was seeing the real me for the first time in a long time. But day after day as I told myself to just let it go and not to run off to the salon something began to happen. Each silver strand I saw claim it’s place gave me so much more of an appreciation for my hair. It was stunning these pieces of glimmer in my hair and it made me wonder why we have been taught for so long that we needed to hide it. I love my grey now and can never imagine hiding it again. I also love how it can empower other women to release their sparkle as well. In the end it’s all about doing what you feel best about it, dye or no dye but I am happy to be surrounded with other women who have ditched the color too, showing off their shimmer and glimmer to the world.”
