Ian Francis Manga works in a kindergarten in San-Jose-del-Monte, Philippines. And although he looks extremely young, he is actually 22 years old. Ian thinks his physical appearance looks this way because he was frequently ill when he was a kid, and now he has to wear “adulty” clothes to at least look somewhat like an adult.
