#22 I grew up in the 70s and 80s. Yes, it was different. But it wasn't better. Stop with the "Everything was cooler when I was a kid" bullsh*t. It's retarded.

Yes! Thank you! I see and hear that whining about " Back in my day..." a lot. My youth was in the 80's and 90's. I still like the stuff from those days. But this whole "Kids these days" is as old as humanity and complete nonsense. Things in those days were not necessarily better. In fact, everything is better now. Grown ups in the 80's (my time) had the same misgivings about video games they didn't grow up with as people now about smart phones and tablets. People in the 40's were whining about kids going to the movies. Etc, etc. Besides that, not all kids do the same things. Long story short ; Things change, technology changes, and people, including kids, can spend their time doing what they want. Get over it and get a life.
