Most of these employees are passive-aggressive a33holes who should be fired.

#4 is the only offender here. Some older folks remember when customer service & retail people would greet and actually thank the customer for patronizing their business. Such things have fallen by the wayside due to lack of manners and the corporate take over of small businesses where employees do not care because they are so badly treated.
