#28. No landlord spends a couple thousand dollars to remove a tree AND grind out the stump. You may not have liked the reason, but there was a reason.

Actually, they were just tricking us, turns out the landlord thought the garden looked too barren so he bought a tree and had it planted there. The photos are in reverse order. Yeah, it took me a while too.
