#15 The caloric value in even a generous spritz of something like Pam would be enough to blink your eyes a few times. It's so low, it's difficult to measure. A generous estimate would be 10 calories. That's .005% of a 2,000-calorie intake. Not worth thinking about. Unless you're anorexic.
