#6 I could drink coffee at 6am and I still wouldn't sleep that night. You idiots in the lab coats need to shut tf up with your bs numbers. First, drugs affect everyone differently. I've known more people than I can count who drink coffee up to bedtime and never lose a minute of sleep. I've also met several people who absolutely could not sleep unless they had a cup of coffee at bedtime. Second, coffee contains an entire family of chemicals called 'xanthines', some of which have a greater effect than caffeine; you morons never bother to address those when giving out your lame advice.

And Izi, too many of your 'facts' continue to be as accurate as anti-vax arguments.
