If it's innocent, cool. But...
#22 Not innocent if it causes problems for handicapped people trying to find parking.
Same with traffic signs, if they're vandalized in such a way as to be dangerous. Twice in my life I've read about kids who messed with traffic signs and got someone killed. Who knows how many more there were which I didn't read about...
Also, not cool if it's some small business owner who will have to pay out of his or her own pocket to have it fixed.
