If the fat lips are due to simple collagen injections they'll eventually normalize a bit, even if they never get all the way back to their pre-op state. The changes wrought by a scalpel are more or less permanent unless they can scrape together the money to go to a REAL plastic surgeon. Why do people do this? (And why are they almost always Caucasian women?)
