I call BS on many of these. I've had bread stay good for 30 days, milk is good for around 20 days, yogurt/kefir a month, can goods up to 10 years at least as long as they remain intact. Smoked and cured fish has a long shelf life, and honey never expires. The misinformation that passes as "facts" on some of these humor sites is almost as bad as fake news.
Greens, such as bagged salads or celery, can be salvaged past their prime. If the greens appear wilted, submerge them in ice water for 5-10 minutes and they should be (almost) as good as new.
