Dry pasta might not be inedible after a couple years, but it would probably taste very stale. A whole grain variety would go rancid.

I call BS on many of these. I've had bread stay good for 30 days, milk is good for around 20 days, yogurt/kefir a month, can goods up to 10 years at least as long as they remain intact. Smoked and cured fish has a long shelf life, and honey never expires. The misinformation that passes as "facts" on some of these humor sites is almost as bad as fake news.
