Jeez, everyone loves to criticize, hate, and put women down in the comments on this site. So sad.
Anyway, these are some talented doctors. Rhinoplasty is such a risk and there are soooo many unqualified doctors. It’s literally sculpture art and medical science in one. Incredible!

actually 2 things change when you change that one thing
personality changes, sometimes for good sometime not, i had an ex that got a nose job, she was much nicer before she got it and became undateable after.
she had a killer body but a big bump on her nose that she was always teased about growing up, personally i like her nose but she was self conscious about it, after the operation she became a stewardess and was flying all over the world and became just an ugly person
at a cookout with her family including aunts uncles and cousins i came up behind her and put my arms around her waist she said in front of everyone "stop, you know i don't like sex" and her mother looked at me and said "i don"t know why you go out with her" and i said "neither do i" and told her right there i was done and breaking up with her.
i said goodbye to everyone because over the 3 years we dated i had gotten close to most of them and always sat down with her female cousins and aunts to talk to them (i came from a big family and of the 50 cousins i have in this area only 4 of us are boys so i was always comfortable talking to women without alternative motives like trying to sleep with them)
as i was walking away i heard he laugh and say "i guess i'm single now", everyone else was dead silent
not long after i started dating this girl who on a scale of 1 to 10 was a 15 and had a great personality to match
we ran into my ex one night and you could see the disappointment on her face that i found someone who was hotter than she had become and she came by my apartment later crying and was sorry about how she had treated me over the last treating me like sh(t
i just told her i moved on and so should she and never looked back
yes sometimes the littlest thing you change can change your life, but for better or worse is up to the individual
beauty is skin deep, ugly goes right to the bone

Geez people that is what makes these women happy! At least they took the risk to be happy and also they probably had voices telling them they weren't good enough! So support them!!!!!!
