One of the highlights from the recent Super Bowl event was the halftime show starring Shakira and Jenifer Lopez. But @egreenmommy thought it was too dirty, and Internet had something to say about it.

Twitter had a field day responding to her tweet.

Not porno - just two old hags trying to remain relevant. Pretty gross IMO but some people are in to some weird stuff.

It was raunchy for prime time t.v. but if my kids were too young to see that sort of things, I'd simply change the channel until after the half-time show. Easy peasy.

Everyone has their limits of what's acceptable - the way things are going, don't be surprised if you're saying the same thing in a few years someone waggles their OhMiBod handle across the stage.

I'm an adult who's not a prude at all but come on, they had a stripper pole up and way too many crotch shots. It's wasn't pornographic but it was over the top sexualized for younger kids. An eight year old should not have been watching that show.

I have no problem with women shaking their money makers. I just don't give a sh#t about big extravagant lip syncing dance numbers without any actual musicians in sight.

And what exactly would poor minded Americans would present? Some intellectual show about art and beauty? Shake the booty baby and you are fine.

#13 Matt Brown asked what Hollywood had to do with the NFL? Well, what do those old whores have to do with football? The halftime show is all about Hollywood in case you didn't know. Emily should have done what I did. During halftime, I watched something that I had recorded. And, in case you're wondering, I'm a straight male. That cr#p is just not my cup of tea. I don't recall ever watching a halftime show, Super Bowl or regular season.
