It's same with ...
I'm from Belgium and speak Dutch. The same language they speak in the Netherlands, but they are the Dutch and I'm Belgian.

#5 The "E" isn't in the A-F grading system because it's used in the "Excellent/Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory" system that was used in the companion mark that covered attitude and class participation. You used to only get the E/S/U grade in primary school, then around grade 5 or 6 you would start to get the A-F grades, accompanied by the E/S/U marks, and finally in high school you only got the A-F grade.
