#12. You don't know the circumstances that put the driver there. Sure, maybe he was in the wrong. Maybe even probably was. But maybe someone cut him off, and he couldn't back up. Maybe his child was sick. Maybe a parent just died.
It's so much easier to give people the benefit of the doubt and show kindness, instead of expending 20 x the energy to be jerks.
