Second, NO, it's a blessing. This is a rescue effort to save this shark. Obviously it escaped your view (even though it's plain to see in the picture) that the shark is on a vessel with a hose of water near its gills, and a tag on its tail rope. It's being rescued for reasons to save it. It's being released later back into its own habitat.

WTF you and others like you are so quick to judge but do nothing to learn.
