You are wrong. Sometimes even with a 100F/37.7C temperature you can feel tremendously sick, sometimes you don’t feel too bad at 103F/39.4C it just depends what is the cause of the illness. Anything north of 103F, for any type of illness, your pretty much starting to lose your ability to think straight and it is most definitely time to start seeking help.
