#15 it is a "solitaire", a game where you take the marbles one by one, following some specific rules, until none is left.

#9 Uranium was a common glaze material for awhile and even included a line called Fiesta ware that was radioactive. It's probably advised to not use that to drink with, personally I'd probably sell or donate it. Don't know how you'd legally go about disposing of something like that.
