Totally agree. People in the US think they are entitled to everything that is public for their own personal use as they see fit whereas people in Europe know how to act in public. First thing a typical US person would do is steal all the paper towels unless someone had already taken it as their own personal bath.
Being an American, I couldn't agree more, but you can't just say this about American America isn't the only country that vandalizes things and steals things. I love how other countries think the know how ALL Americans are, there are some really great Americans. I bought toilet paper for 3 people in my neighborhood, I give to people who are in need when I can.
