Snow White and the 7 dwarves does not refer to cocaine. It was originally written in 1812 by the Brothers Grimm. Cocaine was first discovered in 1859.
Also the story was not based on the 7 dwarves of Auschwitz. It just so happened, that Hitler was a big fan of Disney movies.

Coca use, and, I'm guessing, the symptoms thereof, go back many centuries, probably millennia. The names of the Dwarves that we are familiar with, were not chosen until the 1937 movie. I don't think cocaine symptoms were considered in the choices, but the timeline doesn't disprove it.
