That shows that smog and pollution is a problem that definitely could be at least reduced or even solved.
But politicians are not more than puppets. Nothing will change. vomit

#1 OK, I live in L.A. and I can basically see that view from my backyard. That is complete Bravo Sierra. Right now the haze covers everything. I can barely see the mountains and a few buildings in the South Bay. It ALWAYS clears like that after storms and when the Santa Anas blow for a few days.

Teeny,

same thing where I live. Local papers were showing how beautiful it is outside when cars are not polluting the air. They used pictures from late fall days vs sunny days and praised that we should all ditch petrol cars at one

Teeny, when I'm visting LA from eastern and cross the mountains, there is a damn huge smog cloud only over the city. and this is a lot of times. I wonder if it is there now. Definitely not the normal smog and most def also not visible every day. But I was shocked how dense the smog is on certain days.

They figured that NOx didn´t get better in German cities like Stuttgart (you know where Porsche is based). But we have to trust "science"..
Well science isn´t the problem.

Jakarta, Indonesia

The Jakarta Post reports that the air over the city has become increasingly polluted since 2018, hitting a new low in 2019, when the city was named the fifth-most polluted capital in the world.

But the air quality has improved since the social restrictions were issued in late March. The top picture shows Jakarta’s skyline on July 4, 2019 and the bottom one was taken on April 16, 2020.
