When answering the phone in the Netherlands you don’t say hello.
Although most languages use some variation of “hello” to answer the phone, in the Netherlands when picking up the phone you should say “with + your name” so that people can identify you immediately.
I have to ask- Are you just a typical uninformed user of the English language? In English, proper nouns such as the word "British" are capitalized.

in germany we have ice cream trucks with music, but also a scrap metal collector, also with music.
And even though #9 is true about street names, the french post address example is wrong. In France it should be written "12, rue du Louvres, 75001 PARIS"
