It is the responsibility of our FEMA management to redirect the food chain by deploying stand-by government services, and federally paid employees like the national guard in time of disaster instead of directing police to monitor social distancing orders. While the national guard and its logistical abilities sit idle, billions of dollars worth of food go to waste. This is how our government fails us. It is more "us against them" and they still get paid and enjoy all of the privileges of office while they watch our country burn.
