Remember when New York City requested more doctors and nurses to come and work in the hospitals to handle the overwhelming covid19 patients? Well, there was no mad rush of patients at the hospitals after all. Mostly they had ether light traffic or they were completely empty. Now they are releasing the extra help to go back where they came from and before the doctors and nurses get paid, they have to pay New York City tax since they worked in the city. What BS!!!

I work in patient care at the reception desk, where there is plexiglass up to prevent any contact with outside patients. It’s great that patients are staying home if they can, but I’m becoming worried about my paycheck.
